The footage presents Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service using Packexe SMASH during an extrication at a road traffic collision. The footage clearly demonstrates that Packexe SMASH holds glass in place when vehicle doors are removed by hydraulic equipment. The two vehicle doors are placed on the side of the road, clearly showing Packexe SMASH.

It was great to see Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue using Packexe SMASH as they were the first UK Fire Service to take it operational.

Traffic Cops is a documentary series about the British traffic police. If you come across future video or TV clips of Packexe SMASH, please let us know we would love to watch them.

If you would like to watch this footage, please click on the link and forward to 6 minutes and 49 seconds (please note that the footage will only be available until the 11th August).
